Grand Finals Judging:

1. Judging will be 25% audience and 75% judges.
2. Final round judging will be scored as follows: Technical Skills (up to 20 points); Song Quality (up to 20 points); Originality (up to 20 points); Stage Presence (up to 20 points); and Crowd Response (up to 20 points).

CD Participation:

1. Participation on the CD will be based solely on judges scores, not audience votes.
2. The 16 bands with the highest judges scores will be invited to participate on the CD.
